At IRONGEAR, we stand by the quality of our high-performance sports equipment and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges to ensure you have the right tools for your training. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition with packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your IRONGEAR account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange and receive your RMA number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your gear to confirm its condition, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
